COVID-19 Extended Period To Use Flight Credits


In order to provide you additional flexibility, and in recognition of the continued disruption caused by domestic border and travel restrictions due to COVID-19 in the second half of 2020, Link Airways is providing a blanket extension as follows:

  • Applies to passengers who hold flight credits from disrupted travel between 1 February 2020 and 30 November 2020.
  • Eligible flight credits can now be used for travel up to 30 November 2021.
  • The extended period to use eligible flight credits will be applied automatically.
  • All other Fare Rules and our Conditions of Carriage continue to apply.

If your booking was directly with us please visit our Manage Booking page in the first instance to use an eligible flight credit towards a new flight.

Booked through a third-party

If you booked through a Travel Agent (online or directly) or third-party like Flight Centre, Webjet, or Expedia please contact them directly.
